The award was given for the AI ecosystem cAI, which is used in all business processes at coeo. With this award, coeo receives special recognition from the jury for its approach of using technological innovation specifically for human and meaningful dialogue.
‘A showcase project for in-house innovation and scalable AI applications,’ was the jury's verdict, emphasising in particular that cAI does not replace communication, but rather enhances it – redefining values such as transparency, respect and the ability to engage in dialogue in a highly sensitive environment. The AI ecosystem consists of ten specially developed modules that specifically improve customer and partner interaction, combining technological excellence with human standards.
The AI Communication Award was presented during Social Media Days in Schwäbisch Hall – the award ceremony was hosted by technology company Ziehl-Abegg. The event brought together thought leaders and decision-makers at the interface of communication and artificial intelligence. The jury was composed of leading representatives from science, business and the media, including Prof. Dr. Helmut Krcmar (Technical University of Munich), Stefanie Baade (AI Federal Association) and Johannes Keller (Flowzar). Their common goal: to recognise examples that show how responsible AI communication can be designed today.
‘AI can not only write texts – it can tell stories that touch people,’ said jury chairman Johannes Keller.
