Dormagen/London, December 5, 2025 The coeo Group has been honored with the Banking Tech Award 2025 in the category “Best Use of AI – Customer Facing Initiative.” With this award, FinTech Futures, one of the leading international media companies in the banking and technology industry, recognizes coeo's development of the modular AI ecosystem cAI. cAI is used in receivables management and in all business processes, improving customer experiences in the long term. The ecosystem comprises ten AI modules developed in-house that combine efficiency, transparency, and humanity in highly sensitive financial processes.  cAI was honored above all for its scalable, responsible, and customer-oriented approach. 

The award was presented at the Banking Tech Awards 2025, which took place on December 3, 2025, at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. The event is one of the most important gatherings of the international FinTech and banking industry. Over 500 decision-makers attended to honor outstanding achievements in a total of 30 award categories, with one winner per category. The jury is made up of leading representatives from global finance and technology companies. It particularly praised coeo for its forward-looking development and use of AI, which modernizes financial processes and noticeably improves customer dialogue.
