The new AI Lab will serve as a centre of excellence and incubator where the most advanced AI modules will be developed and implemented to not only further increase the efficiency and productivity of debt collection processes, but to optimise almost all business areas, create a more innovative working environment for employees and provide significantly improved customer service.
Berlin was deliberately chosen as the location for the AI Lab as the city is recognised as one of Europe's leading tech hubs. With its dynamic environment and wealth of talent, Berlin offers the ideal conditions for driving forward pioneering developments in the field of artificial intelligence.
Under the leadership of Dr Kevin Yam, Chief Innovation and Technology Officer (CITO) at coeo and a PhD in physics, an interdisciplinary team of AI engineers, data scientists, software developers and industry experts will fully exploit the potential to develop pioneering AI solutions in order to offer innovative solutions that go far beyond traditional debt collection services.
