The yearbook of the ‘Verband der Anbieter von Telekommunikations- und Mehrwertdiensten e.V (VATM)’ has just been published this month. As a member, coeo contributes an annual article to the publication. This year, Dr. Lutz Reingen, Head of Key Account Management Telecommunications, dedicates himself to the topic “Blockchain & Smart Contracts – Opportunities and Risks” (Article is in German).
Under the motto “Competition connects”, more than 120 of the telecommunications and service companies active in the German market are involved in the VATM. The association has been working since 1997 for politically and economically reliable framework conditions as well as for fair competition within the industry. Its office in the capital is in Berlin.
For more than two decades, the VATM Yearbook has been the central reflection of the situation in the telecommunications industry and is paid close attention by politicians and trade associations as well as by scientists and journalists in Germany and Brussels.
