coeo NL achieves SVI certification for socially responsible debt collection

Rotterdam, April 2026 – coeo has obtained the Dutch SVI Certification (Sociaal Verantwoord Incasseren), an independent quality mark for socially responsible debt collection. The certification confirms that coeo meets the highest standards in customer-friendly processes, transparent communication and ethical treatment of consumers.

While the certification applies to the Netherlands, its impact extends across the entire coeo Group. The underlying principles are embedded in coeo’s international operations, ensuring a consistent approach to responsible debt collection in all markets.

The audit highlighted strong internal governance, with continuous employee training, strict compliance with legal frameworks and active use of customer feedback to improve processes. This ensures that socially responsible debt collection remains a dynamic and continuously evolving part of the organization.
