Since mid-November, the British Credit Resource Solutions (CRS), based in Halifax, has been part of the coeo Group.
CRS is the most digital debt collection company in the UK. The company currently employs 70 staff and takes on around 1 Mio. debt collection files for processing every year. CRS has won a number of awards, including most recently in ‘Best Use of Technology’ (Credit Connect Technology Awards 2020) and as ‘Best Technology Provider’ (Credit Awards 2020).
On the part of the coeo Group, they are very pleased about the addition.
With CRS, the coeo Group will grow to over 500 employees in five countries with a total turnover of almost € 190 million by the end of 2021.
