The coeo Group congratulates Ahmet Bilen, Director of Banking & Financial Services at coeo, on his election as a member of the Executive Board of the Federal Association for Credit Purchase and Servicing (BKS).
Ahmet Bilen has been contributing his expertise to the BKS for eight years. With his election to the Executive Board, he now assumes responsibility for the association’s strategic development and for representing the industry in dealings with policymakers, regulators, and market participants. The BKS is one of the most important advocacy groups for companies in the fields of credit purchasing, credit servicing, and receivables management in Germany.
“The industry is facing major changes—regulatory, technological, and societal. It is important to me to actively shape these developments and provide impetus for a modern, responsible, and sustainable market,” says Ahmet Bilen. “Only through open dialogue between market participants, banks, associations, and regulators can we develop sustainable solutions and advance the industry together.”
For coeo, this election holds special significance. The company has been a member of the BKS since April 2026, underscoring its commitment to actively shaping the future of receivables management. As a technology-driven provider, coeo relies on data-driven processes and decisions as well as innovative solutions throughout the entire customer journey.
Ahmet Bilen’s election to the Executive Board also comes at a time when the BKS is undergoing a period of organizational restructuring. Together with the newly elected president, Dr. Marcel Köchling of the PRA Group, and the rest of the Executive Board, he will help shape the association’s future work and represent the interests of member companies in a dynamic market environment.
coeo looks forward to working even more closely with the BKS in the future and, together with the member companies, providing important impetus for the further development of the industry.
