The CUSTOMER FOCUS NETWORK (CFN) began in late 2020, born from the idea of creating a platform for customer centricity in the midst of the pandemic. What started as a digital congress – the CUSTOMER FOCUS SUMMIT – has since evolved into a multi-format network: with the annual CFN summit (also known as CFS), the industry-focused CFN spotlight events, the CFN videocast, and a rich online magazine, the CFN journal.

Together, they offer valuable insights, inspiring voices, and space for forward-looking dialogue.
