coeo Germany is where our journey began and where our mindset was shaped.Founded in 2010, we started as a small team in Dormagen with a bold ambition: to use technology and human insight to rethink what debt collection can be. Today, more than 500 people across Germany bring this vision to life, building digital processes, smarter workflows, and customer experiences that set a new standard for our industry.From these beginnings, an international group has grown: eight countries, over 800 colleagues, and one shared belief that collections should be transparent, intelligent, and designed around people. Germany remains a key driver of this evolution – not because we want to be in the spotlight, but because our teams consistently push boundaries, experiment with new ideas, and turn innovation into real impact.Our role is clear: shape the future of collections with tech at the core, empathy in every interaction, and the courage to question anything that doesn’t move us forward.
